For the Civil Engineering Industry
Welding and fabrication work undertaken by RTW is not limited solely to the marine industry.
The civil construction and engineering industries need highly skilled and competent fabricator-welders to perform a wide range of tasks.
Additional training to ASME IX standards has made our welders more than qualified and capable of carrying out the exacting work required.
For the Marine Industry
RTW Engineering applies great care, employing the best labour to meet the specific requirements of the marine industry.
As you would expect, all of RTW's own welders hold Lloyd's certificate of codes and procedures which enables them to undertake shell plate and ships structural work. This requirement also applies to any sub contractor employed by us should we undertake a major project that may require additional labour due to size or time constraints which may apply.
Welding Techniques RTW offer a wide range of different welding techniques from TIG for use on stainless steel and aluminium, MIG/MAG for structures, brazing and soldering for copper pipe manufacture and repair's and good old dependable arc for mild steel and onsite structures. |
